Rotel Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can sweet peas (drained)
Directions
- Brown ground beef, season to taste. Dice cheese and place in large microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high until cheese begins to melt.
- Add tomatoes and peas. Heat until all is melted together. Stir in ground beef and serve with your favorite chips.
Serves 8.
