Ms. Opal Mizell
Opal Mizell has resided at Leakesville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for the last seven years. She is the mother to two children and grandmother to five grandchildren; four boys and one girl.
Ms. Opal loves spending her days participating in the activity and life enrichment programs provided by the center. Her favorites include bread making, Pictionary, bingo and anything that takes place in the great outdoors. She also looks forward to her word searches and her favorite television programs, such as “The Andy Griffith Show” and “Gunsmoke.” Her favorite meal is fried catfish on “Catfish Fridays.”
When she is not involved with her day-to-day activities, Ms. Opal likes to visit the therapy department for a little exercise. Strength is a must when keeping up with her busy schedule.
Ms. Opal is family, and we are so glad that she calls us home.
