Ms. Debra Dye
Ms. Debra Dye was born in Clinton, Oklahoma, but grew up and lived around Hinton, Okla., for fifty plus years. She has been involved in some area of the medical field since graduating high school and becoming a pharmacy tech. She went on to be a Lab Tech, X-Ray Tech and finally an RN. After retiring from nursing, she served for 10 years as a private home care nurse before health issues brought her here to Leakesville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in May 2017.
Ms. Debra has two children: a daughter, April, and a son, Jeremy, and four grandchildren, with a fifth one due in January 2020. Ms. Debra enjoys living at LVRNC. She has many friends here and enjoys visiting with everyone. She enjoys reading, drawing, painting and writing poetry.
“I love the staff here and the love and care I receive here,” she said. Ms. Debra has one mission in life and that is to put a smile on someone’s face every day. Whether she makes them laugh at her jokes or with her, she only wants to spread joy to those around her and maybe make someone’s day better.
