Father’s Day at Leakesville
June 2021
We love celebrating special events at Leakesville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, and Father’s Day is no exception. We appreciate all our fathers and their many sacrifices on our behalf. If we could sum up the word fathers in one phrase, it would be,“ Our Heroes!”
Our celebration included our own Chef Keri preparing her fresh, down-home menu of tender Barbecue Baby Back Ribs, Creamy Potato Salad, Boston Baked Beans, Dinner Rolls and a dessert of Old Fashion Banana Pudding from scratch, a great finish to any meal. Of course, no outdoor celebration would be complete without a little rhythm and blues music. “Dance a little dance and sing a little song!”
It was truly an afternoon filled with fun and memories! We look forward to sharing more of our Leakesville adventures with you!
