Open Letter of Thanks from Our Administrator
November 2020
We have just entered into our season of Thanksgiving this year so, I would like to take this time to reflect on all of our blessings. We know that we have been living in unprecedented times with much uncertainty. But, on a positive note, this has caused us to reflect much deeper upon our blessings and the gracious kindness of others more so this year.
This has been a tough year for all of us but, we are very hopeful that the new year will bring us much joy and a new beginnings.
This has been a tough year for all of us but, we are very hopeful that the new year will bring us much joy and a new beginnings.
I want to say that we are so thankful for our residents and their family members. We know that we could not have gotten through this past year without your prayers and encouraging words. We appreciate your unwavering support and kindness to our staff members. We will not forget it as we know that kindness and encouragement only serve to lift us up during tough times.
We appreciate your patience as we have worked to provide a safe and transparent environment while adhering to the current HealthCare Regulations.
I want to thank our Healthcare Team Members who have worked relentlessly to serve and care for our residents while maintaining the strictest of CDC Guidelines to help ensure the safety of our residents and staff. I know that this has not been an easy task. It has taken our entire team working together 24/7 to enhance the safety and well-being of everyone during this pandemic.
I also want to express my gratitude for our Corporate Management Team who have help to steer us through this past year with their support and guidance. We would not have been able to manage this crisis without your direction and assistance during this time.
I thank all of our vendors who have helped us to obtain the equipment and supplies needed in a timely manner. We would not have been able to achieve our safety goals without your help.
We all come together at this time of the year to express our gratitude as we are most certainly blessed beyond measure. We are looking forward to the future and praying for a wonderful new year filled with happiness and joy.
I want you all to know that you can always reach out to me and my staff as we are here to serve you and your loved one’s.
May God bless each and everyone of you!
Warmest Regards,
Robert McBeth
